Either absolutley should.
I am using 175/70x13 on 5.5 Western's
(Minilite wannabes) on my '60 BE with
no problems, and I've not yet put the
1/4 spacers on the back wheels yet to
bring them out a bit to match the track
of the wider "disc" front end.
No rubbing or clearance problems.
