I've looked up a few places for you, I'm assuming you're in North East
Hampshire England and not the one over the pond.
These are taken from my old MGOC Directory of services and might be worth
you checking them out, or at least contacting them, discussing your
requirements and getting a feel for how much you're going to be in for.

The usual disclaimers apply to this list of suppliers, I in no way recommend
any of them, nor have any experience of them or their work, but merely
provide them as a starting point for you to find a suitable specialist.
I strongly recommend you select a garage that either specialises in Midgets
and Sprites or has some track record in restoring them. I would want some
evidence of past work/restorations.
Heres some tips on how to avoid nightmares.
Agree with the garage accurately on exactly what's to be done, how long it
will take and the likely cost. Do not say that time is unimportant or that the
job can be done as and when, nor give a vague description of your budget.
Clearly indicate what standard of work you are looking for and discuss
whether stage payments will be made or account paid in full on completion.
Under no circumstances do a deal based on no VAT, pay cash etc not only is
this against the law but you will have no recourse if something goes wrong.
Insist on a job sheet which clearly defines the work and a quotation and take
a copy in case you need to refer back. Do not accept vague estimates, insist
on a proper quotation and ignore any hesistation on the suppliers part if he
insists that is impossible to quote properly without stripping the car down.
Any good MG Specialist should have a pretty good idea of the condition of the
car, but you may have to allow the specialist to inspect the car and agree a
charge for this beforehand.
Estimates and quotations are two different things - an estimate is a guide to
the likely cost, it is not fixed and the final bill can be justified even if it bears
no relation to the estimate. On the other hand a Quotation, should be firm and
the bill should not exceed it unless agreed by both parties beforehand.
