Hello Folks
So heres the story
Heading to a cars show about 150 miles away
Temp out in AM was around 60 to 65 degrees
water temp was getting pre hot by the gage
I did pull over and there was a little over flow from the expansion tank
but not allot.
We did abort the trip and headed home but on the way home the temp gage
was all the way past the H on the gage but things seam to be running fine,
it didn't feel hot on the feet.
So I am thinking the gage is wrong, what I would like to do is to first
check and see what the temp is with a kitchen thermo.
What should the temp be?
Also if that is OK then I would like to put in a 2nd temp gage so I could
see a true reading.
But how would I go about this ?
Thanks for any help
