Too late - it's already been done - John Cooper did it with a Mini, and the
factory did it with a Mini Moke (Twinni Moke). Neither of them were that
successful (probably because they only had 60 or 70 psi oil pressure)

PS why bother locking the rear steering? it'd be much more interesting
having both ends steer, and none of that wimpy Honda 4WS where they only
have a limited amount of lock at the rear!
