I've got a 45D4 type dizzy (non-electronic) on my 1275, which Moss sold as
a 'performance' item - not sure if the distributor drive is non-standard to
mate up with the shaft thing in the 1275 engine, but it definitely fits!
(1275 Metros probably had them as well, those that didn't use Ducellier)
Being non-standard/original, I can see how it wouldn't appeal to you
though, Nigel!
