I have three-point inertia reels set up in my BE. The reels are
anchored to reinforcements behind the seats. If you go to

and scroll down 1/4 of the page, there are pictures.
But you will need a roll bar as an anchor point for the shoulder
loop, so if you don't have one and you're only talking inertia reel
lap belts, it's probably not worth looking at the pictures, since
what I did will not help you.
