Wood & Pickett do a kit for the Mini, it could probably be adapted. Moss and /or Minispares should sell it in the UK.
Whether you want to get rid of the manual winder is another thing. Remember, electric windows always fail in the down position just before a period of heavy rain. I guess you could take the handle off and leave it in the boot.
