Much better to have the head converted to unleaded. Here in the UK I ran
with an additive for a while, can't remember which brand, but later had the
conversion done. The olny difference I noticed was that the engine ran a few
degrees hotter, which I have ben advised is normal, as unleaded runs hotter than
leaded.
