Better off with a proper exust maniaflod allegedly with the 1500.
Has yours got an oil cooler?, I have given in to the doom sayers and bought one! out of interest what is your oil pressure at idle?
With regars tothe carb, is it leak from the top or bottom of the float chamber? or from the botom of the jet?
