..the "tubes" are not necessarily a tip off
to fixed or biased needles on the HS2's....
Fr'instance....
my carbs have the tubes (which I have blocked off since I am running well v
ented
as I prefer not having oil vapors in the combustion process to the extent p
ossible)
and yet.....use fixed needles.
