Hi and welcome to the list.
You've got a couple of problems here, and as I don't know how much you
know about Sprites and Midgets I'll try and explain as best I can.
Now I may be wrong here, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am, but

the Red Sprite in the Sebring pictures look like its had a front Sebring Bo
=3D=0D

fitted and a rear fibreglass Coup=E9 fitted. The Silver Sprite in the other

ictures,
the one you prefer is in fact a Standard Frogeye Sprite with a Sebring bonn
=3D=0D

fitted and a hard top or some form of hard top/roof/windscreen surround
(from what I can tell).
So, by starting out from an MG Midget which simply does not have the Frogey

Sprite rear end, your only option is for the Red Sprite, even then you'll h
=3D=0D
ave
problems because the cockpit area of the later Spridgets is longer than the
=3D=0D
earlier ones due to the folding hood mechanism.
Let me say this - it is possible to make a 73 Midget look like that Silver
=3D=0D
Sebring
car - the rear panels are available - but it would be an enormous amount of
=3D=0D
work, a lot of problems and I wouldn't even know where to start - you would
=3D=0D
effectively be remodelling the whole of the rear of the car. There was an
article in one of the books I have that showed someone who'd taken a later
=3D=0D
Midget and put on a 'Frogeye' rear end in fibreglass, so I know it's possib
=3D=0D

So either you choose another bodywork kit, that is suited to the 1973 Midge
=3D=0D

which won't make it look like that Silver car or if you've really set your
=3D=0D
heart
on a car that looks like that silver Car - you need to start from somewhere
=3D=0D
else - you need to sell the MG Midget and buy a Frog/Bugeye Sprite - thats
=3D=0D
the
best place to start from - get Sebring bonnet, a 'works' Frogeye Hardtop a
=3D=0D

you're pretty much there.
