Do you mean the threads on the master cylinder or the threads on the brass
connector. The threads on the connector actually looked like they weren't in
great condition, but it never leaked there before, so I just screwed them
back in. Do you know if the teflon tape will disintegrate over time from
contact with the brake fluid?\
