Bradsky...
Milling the head slightly will have no ill effect upon anything,
considering how little you are removing, assuming it had
stock 21cc chambers to begin with.
As a matter of fact, milling the head rather
than going to flattops is the preferred way
of raising the compression ratio moderately according to Dave Vizard,
this
having a more salutory effect on combustion/flow characteristics than
a piston configuration change.
For racing, the factory goes to 16.4cc
chambers before they start raising compression by changing piston
configuration so I guess this is the safe
limit before head strength is compromised. What this equals in amount
shaved I do not know. I used to...I think
it's 40 thou but I could be wrong.
The "other side" of this is increased heat
of the combustion process due to the
increase in CR. At only .010 from the
stock head...nothing to worry about here.
At the most you'd end up with 8.9-1 rather
then 8.8-1.
I ain't getting into Frank's Pygmy Pony
and Dental Floss (you guy's are weird!:).
