IMO the time to do your head is when it's wet and cold , can be done indoor
s , try the using kitchen !!!!!!!.
Then refit it before the sun comes out so you can be driving. I'm assuming
you will be grinding in the valves , I didn't realise the old engines were
fitted with valve stem seals, I thought that was a more modern innovation.
(or are they fitted to 1500s - I only 'know' A series)
