Paul, we all got there in the end, It's usually something simple when
you can't figure out the problem. I wish I could have been a bit more
precise when relating to the similar (mini) engine build problem I
had many years ago. All I could remember was a long bolt fouling on
something but couldn't remember where. It wasn't the oil filter
bracket though. Oh well. Alls well that ends well.
Looking on the bright side, you got your clutch working, you didn't
have to drop the sump / remove the head or pull the engine out.
SPILLUNG
The only tim i ave a prodlem with spillung is when I replay to a
posting via the yahoo midgetsprite groups website. Lake this won.
If I reply from the daily list of posts that is emailed to my home
email address , then my outlook express spellcheck works fine .
ENGLAND
Just watched the England Vs New Zealand rugby match , the first
England game since winning the world cup. Played by most of the
Enland world cup squad that didn't get to play in the World Cup
matches. Fantastic game , hard and brutal in places but the best
team won , naturally. Then the victory presentation by the full squad
and lap of honour around what must be the biggest St.George flag in
the UK , covering the entire pitch at Twickenham. Great !!!
