Ok...I get the Castrol 20w50 and put it in the engine. Crank her up
and she hums just sweeeeet. So, I go out to drive her. When I push
in the clutch she idles down way low like something's dragging on
the engine and the little red ignition light comes on. I give her a
little gas and we seem to be fine. No problems putting her into
gear so I go for a drive around the block. I get to the end of the
street and can't get her in first. I get her in second and we head
home. I come to the next stop and when I let off the gas with the
clutch pedal in the engines starts lugging down like I didn't have
the clutch in. I get stopped and surprise me...I get her in first
no problem. The next time I slow down to pull in the driveway it
lugs down again and I can't get in first. Something doesn't sound
quite right but I can't tell if it's under the hood or in the
exhaust somewhere. Now, she was running just FINE until that day I
had to brake really hard then couldn't get her into gear after
that. That's when I checked the clutch fluid and found it a little
low. Added some days ago then waited for the rain to pass which
lasted a week. I just got to drive her today after I added the
oil. I don't know what's wrong.
