Hey group.
I think its time to pass my beloved 62 midget onto someone else.
But only after Don May gets first refusal!...
I'm not in a panic to move it, but i would like to see it go to a good home. Its photos are in the album section under 62 midget...
its an original 948 side curtain model with a very new (under two weeks) rebuilt head. it has very nice seats, good dash,
everything works, including the windshiled squirters. the hand brake needs adjustment and it could do with a brake bleeding or the
very least a set of new front brake lines. the car is driven and run on an almost daily basis,....weather permitting of course and its
given what ever it needs!
It was Don Mays old car and he has done lots of work to it,.including new rear springs, new windshield, rebuilt carbs etec, etc
its straight with the odd rough spot on the body..but on the whole its very presentable and never fails to draw (sometimes
unwanted) attention . it needs a carpet set and a set of tires in the future (cheap!...between $24.00 to $35.00 each!)
I'm selling to because i have had my fun with it and don't have a proper place to store it and really would feel dry badly if it got
"pranged" while sitting on the street.
Lets face it, it time for me to sell out and buy a cheap second hand miata.
